My brother celebrated his birthday about two weeks ago which is very close to Christmas and we tend to skip giving him any present because of that. I know, it’s very sad so last year I decided to surprise him a with something he would really like and I made him the “Bike Clock”. Some of you might remember it but if not check out my post about it here! My brother loves bicycles and biking so anything related to that is usually a good present for him.
This year I had the idea to sew something for him, so I visited my favorit fabric shop but didn’t find any bicycle fabric. This made me a bit disappointed and sad because I usually find there what I need and I bearly have time to visit other fabric stores. I almost gave up but then the other day I happend to have to go to the other side of town and I was able to check out one of the other stores. Luckily I found a great bicycle fabric there! The lady in the store recommanded to sew an infinity scarf which I did not think of but I thought it was a great idea. So I looked up how could I sew one and I also made a matching hat to go with it. For the back side I used left over fleece (from this project) and voila! In a coulpe of hours my brother’s present was done and ready for shipping.
